Eating well, losing weight, and living better does not need to be so stressful or complicated. Our program is unique, simple, practical, supportive, sustainable and fun. AND it works.

and lifestyle needs, as well as preferences. And it provides a lot of support.


As we all know, it's one thing to KNOW what to do, while it's another thing to DO IT.

With our education and coaching support, you'll do much more than you could on your own.

Not only do we help you DO IT, we help you KEEP DOING IT, by helping you create a long-lasting healthy lifestyle. And we'll teach you lots of things you didn't know.

Will I have to follow a diet, count calories or measure portions?
Definitely not! Our approach is not to dwell on calories and measurements. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Rather, I'll help you weed through media confusion and discover for yourself exactly what type of food works best for your body and which foods have a negative impact on your health. My mission is to make healthy eating, simple, delicious and fun, so you'll never again follow a diet. When you learn to eat healthy food, food you enjoy eating and you learn to eat mindfully, your body will naturally go to a healthy weight. And we're not just about eating healthful food or losing weight. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. It's about the Whole YOU. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? It's easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Am I a good candidate for your program?
If you understand that a "quick fix" won't work and instead, you are looking to to achieve your goals through creating lasting lifestyle changes, I would love to work with you. If you are interested in having a coach educate, inspire and empower you to work past whatever has you currently stuck, helping to hold you to your commitment, and you are willing to take responsibility for your own sucess as well as challenges, then you are an ideal client!

We offer a commonsense, practical and supportive approach to achieving your goals. As we work together you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. We start were you are, going one step at a time so that you can make sustainable changes that will help you look and feel younger, energized, balanced, healthier, comfortable and happier in your body, and we'll celebrate your success. Our program is motivating and inspiring. I'll teach you how to eat well, lose weight, live better and maintain it- our program is not a diet- it's a lifestyle!
