WHOLE HEALTH with Anne
Anne is not only a nutritionist, lifestyle and stress reduction expert– she is a teacher, valuable resource and referral guide, supportive coach, motivator, cheerleader and source of inspiration.
She has a conventional background as a RN, whole food nutrition education and cooking skills, training in mind-body skills, yoga and mindfulness, and certification as a professional coach.
You have a coach that educates you and help you troubleshoot the challenges.
