Ask Yourself These Questions
  • Are you tired of yo-yo dieting or trying the latest "quick fix" fad that promises you will lose weight and keep it off, but doesn't deliver? Are you uncomfortable in your body, frustrated you can't lose weight, or eat without worrying about gaining weight??

  • Are you overwhelmed trying to make sense of the latest media account, and food manufacturers packaging around which food is healthy, going to help you lose weight, and which food won't? Do you find that thoughts of food and eating occupy much of your time- what to eat, how to eat, what not to eat, how not to eat, when to eat, when not to eat, what's healthy, what's not- too much confusion, guilt, and not enough pleasure around food?
