We offer new approach to helping you reach your goals. Our approach is much more successful than the old approach described below that you can likely relate to.



In the old approach... you sought the advice of, or received "unsolicited suggestions" from, friends or family members, read information in magazine, books, or other websites, heard the latest news reports, or consulted with a health professional on what to eat or not to. You've probably been dictated a set of rules of how to get on one diet or another, perhaps to avoid carbohydrates or fats, coffee and candy, or which food to eat to heal your issue. While some of the “rules” might sound reasonable, in reality it can be very difficult to implement. Unfortunately you may find that you've spent a whole lifetime eating the “wrong foods” and building “bad” habits and expecting one visit, or lone attempt, to change our life around and result in success. It's not surprising that you may feel overwhelmed!

Sometimes while we know what our goal is, we are confused with all the recommendations and diets that at times seem to be conflicting, and even when we are “advised” what to do, many times we are not quite sure where to start from and how to put our thoughts into actions. Our disbeliefs, fears and expectations of failure and life itself get in the way.

When we decide to stick to a popular diet, we tend to ignore our own body’s language. We ignore how we are feeling, and don't take the time to understand how our lifestyle and food choices might have caused this. It is imperative we realize that each one of us is a unique individual with different food preferences and current habits, so it only makes sense that our nutritional needs and the support required to make healthful changes will be unique as well, even if our goals seem to be same.

It is also important to realize that food is not the only factor when we consider our health. What nourishes us goes much deeper than calories, grams of carbohydrates, vitamins or minerals. Our lifestyle choices and the amount of stress we live with affects our health. Healthy nutrition, positive lifestyle choices and stress management, the harmonious balance of our physical, emotional and spiritual body (mind-body-spirit connection) is essential to our health. When these things are off balance, an imbalance occurs to the rest of your body despite the diet that you might have so carefully been following.

We all know things we could do to achieve greater wellness, but it's just not as easy to do them. Perhaps you can relate.

Knowing what to do is one thing. Implementing it is a whole other matter.
