In 2006, I participated on a 2-month project with Fitness Magazine called "You Can Do It!".
"You Can Do It!" was a challenge arranged with advertising agencies across the country to help their employees achieve their wellness and balance goals with the support of life coaches (moi!), fitness trainers and nutritionists. What a fun project!
The story was featured on the web site and in the June '06 Fitness Magazine issue.
