2006 Fitness Magazine Project
In 2006, I participated on a 2-month project with Fitness Magazine called "You Can Do It!"
"You Can Do It!" was a challenge arranged with advertising agencies across the country to help their employees achieve their wellness and balance goals with the support of life coaches, fitness trainers and nutritionists. What a fun project!
I was featured on the Fitness Magazine web site AND in the June '06 Fitness Magazine issue.
