Isn't it time to start living better? Make your health a priority and schedule an Eat Well, Now! Strategy Session.

Rates:
Eat Well, Now! Strategy Session rates range from $100-150. If you decide to sign up for a Program that same day, half your Strategy Session fee will be applied toward the Program.

Eat Well, Lose Weight, Live Better, Now! Program
This customized health coaching Program helps busy women and men achieve their health goals and feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. This Program works, but it's not a quick fix. Through following the steps involved in the Program, you'll create a healthy lifestyle and lose weight, look and feel younger, experience more energy, balance, comfort and confidence in your body, as well as in your life- and you'll achieve these things in a pleasurable way- without dieting, deprivation or denial.

After your Strategy Session, we'll decide how long your Program should be to provide the most support for your health goals. Most clients start with a 6-month Program, with sessions scheduled weekly or every two weeks.

The 9-Step Eat Well, Lose Weight, Live Better, Now! Program:
  1. Make your health and wellness a priority
  2. Crowd out unhealthy food by integrating clean, pure, healthy, high quality, whole food into your diet
  3. A. Slow down, listen to your body, figure out which foods increase energy and which foods help you lose weight
    B. Understand how to decrease your sugar cravings without giving up sweets
    C. Figure out when you are hungry, when you are full, and learn how to eat mindfully
  4. A. Learn how to get delicious healthy meals on the table, or prepared to take with you, quickly and simply
    B. Learn how to choose healthy food when you aren't home
    C. Learn how to shop for healthy food
  5. Learn how to get exercise you enjoy into your routine
  6. A. Evaluate how you spend time and make more time for yourself
    B. Figure out if your life is balanced, and if it's not, how to get it in balance
    C. Learn how to reset, recharge, rejuvinate and rebalance yourself with nourishing and stress reducing rituals
  7. Learn how to get more pleasure into your life
  8. Identify your triggers and stop the self-sabotage to get motivated, stay motivated and get yourself remotivated
  9. Create your individualized success system and achieve the results you desire
Eat Well, Lose Weight, Live Better, Now! Program includes:
  • 50-min supportive coaching sessions via phone or skype, weekly or every two weeks
  • Recommendations for books, magazines, CD's, DVD's, web sites, food suppliers, etc
  • Articles, recipes and other handouts created specifically for you
  • Unlimited email support between sessions
  • A Kitchen Organization Session (with a pantry and refrigerator makeover) done in your home, and Health Food Store/Natural Food Market Tour, offering detailed explanations of all food categories, may also be available.
  • May also include Sugar Detox
