Nutrition & Lifestyle Program for
PREGNANCY
This Program is designed to help you take good care of yourself throughout your pregnancy, while giving your baby the proper nutrition it needs to begin life healthfully. Poor nutrition is attributed to low birth weight, prematurity, mental and physical issues for your baby. Thus, what you eat DIRECTLY afffects the health of your baby. Anne's education and experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse adds extra value to this program.

  • Know what foods are most healthful to eat during your pregnancy
  • Recognize how vitamins and minerals affect the different stages of your pregnancy
  • Learn how proper nutrition and lifestyle choices can help prevent, manage or reduce discomforts of pregnancy, including morning sickness, heartburn, constipation, fatigue, backache and muscle cramps
  • Eat healthfully to help prevent miscarriage
  • Learn effective mind-body techniques for stress reduction
  • Understand how what you eat can affect your labor and delivery; implement a healthy eating plan and manage cravings so you won't gain too much weight, making it easier to birth your baby and less challenging to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight afterwards
Support and expert guidance are offered at every step through your customized Program. Program is the length of your pregnancy. Sessions can be conducted in-person or conveniently on the phone.
